The account holder is fully responsible for any misuse of their account.
When using the 1300d platform, you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations and treat other users with respect. Fraudulent activity, the use of software bots or automation tools, account hacking, and any attempt to exploit system vulnerabilities are strictly prohibited. Using the platform for money laundering or illegal fund transfers is a serious offense and will be subject to legal action. Collecting other users' personal information, harassment or abuse of any kind, and sending spam or unauthorized promotional content are also prohibited. In cases of platform misuse, 1300d is obligated to cooperate fully with law enforcement authorities.
All financial transactions on the 1300d platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). We support a range of popular mobile banking methods, including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Minimum deposit amounts and withdrawal limits are listed in the Cashier section of the platform and are subject to change. Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly, though some methods may require additional processing time. Withdrawal requests are processed within 1 to 3 business days after verification.

Upon account closure, any remaining verified funds will be returned via the registered payment method after review. Reproducing, distributing, modifying, or using any part of the platform for commercial purposes without our written consent is strictly prohibited. 1300d's trademarks, brand name, and logos may not be used by third parties. Any attempt to bypass technical protection measures will be treated as a legally punishable offense. Users may view platform content on a limited basis for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
